THE BREATHING SESSION

The breathing session is an appointment with yourself, to get to know yourself better on all levels of your being. The session marks the opening of a door that can only be opened through an enhanced supply of oxygen to the body. When you breathe consciously, you don’t hyperventilate because the ratio of the carbon dioxide exiting and the oxygen entering doesn’t change and so you are always aware of where you are and what you are doing.
