Intention is attention in action, it means focusing to create the option of choice, which life has given us. Choice is also known as free will. This option always exists. Intention is defined in our innermost soul. We feel it because our system sends signals of change while aligning itself. The truer we are to our intention, and the more genuine we are in life. It is essential to feel that the body is comfortable and “urges you forward,” overcoming fear and doubts. We walk the personal, unique and unrepeatable preferential track. The signs we feel in this regard are strong and clear, or soft and gentle but present anyway.

Before a breathing session, the person chooses an intention designed to intentionally direct the energy that is produced while breathing. It is a short phrase formulated in the first person singular, without negations, in the present tense and charged with desire. Often when people are first requested to state their highest good, they look bewildered and know not what to place in the contents of this short sentence that is so important. They look at the person before them with a blank questioning expression, and this is because they have been simply asked to reveal their innermost self, just an additional fraction of it, or merely to believe in their intention and to especially accept their responsibility. Some wait for nothing else, and instantly respond to the question by stating their intention with desiring energy, which alone moves the process that will unfold during the breathing session, giving up the habit of nurturing empty mental noise.DSCF9942

Some deviate from the core issue, which is still somewhat difficult to reach, with an inconsistent flow of words, and they are encouraged to be more direct and more explicit, or to start being direct and explicit at least with themselves, to later apply that even in real life and in the world. It is something like walking on a rubber floor that keeps you stationary, while conveying the impression of movement. The words that form the intention are directly stated with a verb that indicates an action. An example could, for instance be, “I want to like myself, I wish to like myself more.” The correct intention is “I like myself more.” It might seem trite to specify this but people are afraid of being direct and explicit with themselves. Such a relationship with self is not practiced as yet. This is a sign that one is far from his or her path, and is perhaps following the paths of others, instead of being committed to finding out what we are seeking from our own life and/or the purpose of our life, what we are attempting to achieve. Hence the person is surrounded by a halo that merges fear and desire, the need for introspection and the fear of knowing oneself, a blend of self-worth and lack of actual self-esteem.

We keep banging against invisible walls of mental prisons until something disrupts the precarious balance.

The cases are endless; hence we decide that the time has come to look at our landscape-1435853294-gettyimages-163639174life and the meaning of things from a different perspective. We decide to look upon the various relations present in our life with different eyes. We decide to drop the veil that separates us from our true essence that has yet to manifest itself. With intention we decide to activate equally powerful and forceful processes to obtain a personal benefit.
