My mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment,
and I told them they didn’t understand life.

Writing about the potential of conscious breathing and the ability to shift one’s thoughts to the positive makes me feel alive. It gives me great joy to write this article as 2016 is coming to a close, as a wish for the new year.As expressed in the name of my site, we are all connected, we as humankind, all of us people, with nature, with Mother Earth, and with all that surrounds us in the Universe. Every living thing is always on the move, from a blade of grass to the planet, from a rock to the Galaxy, from a flower to a star, from a turtle to a baby, everything is always moving, constantly changing, because everything is alive. But what creates this physical movement, the atoms and everything else, belongs to a sphere that, until now, we Westerners have found somewhat hard to accept, because it is unseen; our senses do not perceive this delicate and powerful universal energy. This intangible element, explained by quantum physics, is woven into us. The principle of this phenomenon is called entaglement, and this is how it is defined: “very briefly, the concept of entanglement is based on the assumption that the quantum states of two microscopic particles A and B (but also, to a certain extent, of macroscopic systems) that initially interact can be linked together (indeed “interwoven”) in such a way that, even when the two particles are placed at a great distance from each other, any change in the quantum state of particle A would instantly have a measurable effect on the quantum state of particle B, thereby resulting in the phenomenon of the so-called “spooky action at a distance”. We are not very aware of this bond that characterises us. That is why I think it is important to write and speak about it because it offers new possibilities for humans to live together on Earth. Each of our thoughts, words and actions, each time the paths of two living beings cross, has an effect on the Whole. An awareness of this phenomenon in our daily lives can make us more involved and more positive about our thoughts, words and actions, modifying everything
positively even through some small action on our part. This is why I have a particular interest in writing about it. If there is a war, even very distant from us, it touches our world. This physical rule highlights clearly each person’s responsibility when making choices about how to live his/her own existence. The responsibility to seek his/her own good, which is not found in material things, but in trying to be happy, loving, to care for and respect the Earth, our common home, which is not in the greatest shape, because we have heavily abused it. This abuse mirrors an abuse we perpetrated against ourselves. There is a need to change the way we do things, and to raise individual awareness; these are extraordinary times that offer important revelations about the world in which we find ourselves. For this reason, I try as much as I can to share the modes of behaviour that can push us and help us to make contact with our more intangible, infinite and powerful side that dwells within each of us. These modes of behaviour, once one begins to learn and practice them, begin to transform our existence in a positive way.
BEST WISHES FOR A 2017 OF AWARENESS AND FULL OF JOY AND LOVE FOR OURSELVES AND ALL OTHER LIVING BEINGS.
