About myself

I grew up in the world of sport, learning to maintain consistency and push my limits. The activities I practiced included fencing, and I became second league and tenth fencer on a national level. I graduated from a scientific high school in Naples, and attained a bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences at the University of Milan. Meanwhile, I started working for the Municipality of Milan in various local branches that provided services for the youth. I also worked in the Finance Department of a national bank in Milan. After several years, I decided to switch from the financial sector to the management field, and quit after another five years at the bank.

In 1999, I had a life changing experience. This marked the beginning of an inner journey to gain a clear picture of what I wanted from life. I first explored conscious breathing, and decided to channel the results achieved to become a professional trainer in this field.

In London, I obtained a Breathing Facilitator Certificate from Transformational Breath with Judith Kravitz as a leader.

That same year, I attained a diploma to teach creative and positive thinking with the Louise Hay’s method. I became a Firewalking instructor in 2000 and, upon invitation, attended and obtained a Master’s degree in Firewalking in California. Both courses were held by Peggy Dylan, founder of the Sundoor School of Transpersonal Education.

Always that year I participated in a journey of Searching Visions, a Native American ritual, with a Dakota native.

Hence, I commenced my work as Counselor, and published my first book Ricomincio da capo (Anima 2005).

I have authored many articles in the field of management training and personal growth.

To complete my education, I further explored areas such as the shamanic culture, the psychological approach of Asaggioli, Family Constellations, the Family Tree and water meditation, in particular. I am a bearer of the Sacred Pipe, after taking part in many editions of the Moon Dance, a Native American ritual of femininity.

I have been married twice, have lived in sixteen different cities, and have a twenty-eight year old son.
