If more terrestrials understood the power of breathing, they would make an effort to change their breathing habits. If they changed their breathing habits, the Earth would have less diseases and more happiness, wealth and prosperity.

That’s because breathing is the key to rule the electronic Force of the Universe.

A soul cannot breath deeply and relax inside the Force and keep on communicating fear and hate at the same time.

This is not possible when the Spirit and the praxis of breathing are performed correctly.

Frequency supports Love and the Light of creation.

Therefore if those souls that convey fear and low vibrations ever desire to free themselves from their own limits, the first step to take is a change in breathing.

From the book "We, the Arcturians"

We start breathing autonomously a couple of seconds after birth, whether our umbilical cord is cut right away or left to fall off naturally. From that moment onward, unless there are pathologies affecting the respiratory system, the act of breathing takes place, and is taken for granted. It just happens. This function, which is vital for the human system—given the fact that one cannot survive without breathing for more than three minutes—goes unnoticed.

It is our most vital function, the link between our tangible self—our body—and our intangible self—made up of the inner system of emotions, feelings, thoughts, love, dreams, desires and spirit. Hence, its potential for expansion is of crucial importance for our wellbeing. In a broad sense, a person puts 30 per cent of his or her breathing potential to good use. There is plenty of room for improvement.

Inhaling more oxygen

When we are aware of how we are breathing, we are always in control and there is no risk of hyperventilation, given the fact that the oxygen/carbon dioxide ratio goes unchanged.

Inhaling a bigger amount of oxygen leads to the expansion of the respiratory system and it encourages a better performance of our body functions. Not only it means living in a better way, but also being more present. All organs, or better the cells that make up our multifunctional body, firstly need oxygen in order to create energy from the food we swallow. Without oxygen, our body would not be able to metabolize anything. Plus, breathing this way means releasing a high amount of toxins that would otherwise remain in our blood and intoxicate our system.

We keep breathing at the minimum of our possibilities even though we own the tool that can help us live at the best of the possibilities of our system.

In other words, we have a Ferrari from the very moment we are born and we use it, throughout our life, as if it was a little, limited economy car.

Each One of Us is…

Breathing activates our powerful multidimensional nature, which brings into contact and together our body, our mind, our emotions and our soul, with respect to how we are created. Each one of us is his neurons, his bacteria, lungs and stomach and so on: all of these transforms based on how we live life. Our perception often, almost always, splits who we are as people from our entire physical system. Our system is one and it brings together our being who we are and who we will become based on how we breath and eat, what we think, how much we let our feelings touch us, or even on how creative or methodical we choose to be in our everyday life, how much love we give and we are given and how much we smile or complain, and so on. What we are and what we become depends on how we treat our system and how we listen to it, whether it is the mental or the intangible one.

Breathing means to broaden the self-listening, and to eventually correct some habits or personal settings that are – literally – unhealthy but are still passed on from one generation to another. They often don’t create beneficial breaks into ourselves but we keep them even though they build quite uncomfortable environments – both on a physical and/or inner level.

Learn which obstacles to easy breathing need to be removed in order to breathe better and smoothly
  • No breathing in the chest, i.e. the chest does not move while breathing;
  • Superficial and lazy breathing with minimum motion of the chest;
  • The chest is swollen and stiff in the upper region during breathing;
  • No intermediate breathing at the level of the diaphragm;
  • Throat lock;
  • No abdominal breathing;
  • Expiration and inspiration control, jaw lock, apnea, etc.
Learn the advantages of the conscious use of breathing
  • It release endorphins and other beneficial substances through the blood;
  • It improves cardiac function, massages and tones organs, and provides relief from hypertension;
  • It balances anxiety and emotional discomfort, and controls panic attacks;
  • It massages and tones the inner organs and abdominal muscles;
  • It enhances cell oxygenation and inverts the aging process through the toxins released; it establishes mental clarity and the desire to live life to its fullest;
  • it heals insomnia.

A vital body feels joy

Breathing is always with us, silent, constant and vital. Due to its constant presence, we have a tendency to ignore it instead of being thankful for it and improving it as a vital part of us.

The human race counts seven billion people and no two people are the same, therefore no breathing is identical to another. This represents human creative power, the outcome of a microscopic encounter between an egg cell and a single sperm. We have been given a special gift, a multidimensional system that is perfectly synchronized in all of its infinite functions. Why don’t we use it to our advantage and live our life to the best of our awareness?

There is one thing we know for sure, breathing in a greater amount of oxygen improves the function of our personal Ferrari because oxygen is its gasoline.
