Being positive witnesses being nice to ourselves

and therefore to others.

_MBF9706_1024We are equipped with a powerful tool, our brain – that is still a stranger to us in its functioning and in all of its functions – a true computer that can be trained, used and tuned on being careful with our psychophysical system. Its functioning has to be well-kept. Do we drink water? Do we give it enough oxygen? It needs a lot of both. Do we focus on producing positive thoughts and intentions? It’ll make us live better. Do we focus on producing an existence in our favor by using this powerful tool? Life becomes cozy. Unfortunately we usually breath and drink less than we should and, most of all, we do not properly train ourselves to pay attention to the kind of thoughts we produce. Producing thoughts of appropriateness, width and prosperity is a will that already took action with a reverberation in our existence. It is up to person only, to broaden the vision in a positive and favorable way.

Open your eyes and look within:

Are you satisfied with the life you’re living?

Here is one of many examples. While watching television and literally absorbing – in tinier or larger doses and for many hours – news, fiction and talk show that are rich in violence and fear, the person weakens the intensity of his or her own joy of living life as its main character.

We are hammered towards fear on a daily basis: it’s a trap. Fear – just like judgements towards ourselves or others – narrows, stops, builds interior walls and it does not give us the enlarged vision of where we are, nor of our real chances.

It is more than useful to dedicate our time in practicing our will to produce positive thoughts and to create a leap in consciousness that is favorable to our existence. Our brain and our mind do not correspond, the first being the processor and the second one being our entire physical-emotional system, our story that lives in our body and can be transformed by us.

It often occurs that we give in to complaints or fear. The consequences of this method is that our system folds on itself, suffers, slows down and extinguishes its main flame: creativity. We are more than anything creative beings.

It is important to make an effort and create positive thoughts in order to make what is best for us, by experimenting thanks to that computer we are equipped with and which we are using at its two or three percent at the most. This is a gift we were all given without discrimination and it is the power to create and to achieve the best for us. There are infinite ways to do it. Two hundred and sixty different ways of washing the dishes have been found, one can only imagine what that number could be when it comes to life experiences!

It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed

Louise Hay

CallaRossaNegative or hurtful or uncomfortable experiences are there for us to learn from them in order to develop ourselves, just like when we were at school. The school of life, where there is only space for learning and not for personal issues. The best question to come up with in this instance is: “What is this experience teaching me? What is this relationship teaching me?”. Only when this question is answered, a brighter and more authentic self is born, knowing who we really are more and more. It is necessary to truly listen to ourselves. The outside is just the tool to become who we really are and a great mirror that shows us how we are and therefore gives us the chance to positively transform ourselves. Nothing happens by chance. Everything is created by us, our mind and when it is processed through our brain, it gives our manifestation. Our brain is the processor of our history and of our choices and the perception we gained from experience. We have the power of discerning and therefore to make a change in history. Life is a mental state and it can therefore vary, given that everyone sees the world differently based on one’s personal story, on one’s perception and on what one decides to do with it. We either fold on ourselves or we roll up our sleeves, while experimenting and looking for the best for us. Depending on our own story we create more or less positive perceptions, and from our perception we create our thoughts, beliefs, then behavior and finally our habits. That is where we often freeze.

You are what you think and not what you say

We are part of a cycle in continuous motion, always vital and transforming. When we freeze in repetitive attitudes and habits, we lose the best of our life and ourselves. We are here to be versatile creators. The seek of becoming more than we already are happens through the act of listening to and focusing on our own self, in the process of life and with a positive, constructing and transforming inspiration. Only the person can hold his or her own rudder in this direction. It is a personal, intimate responsibility to be manifested. If it does not manifest itself, we who live in a physical reality cannot see it, even if there is intuition. The responsibility for manifestation. It has to be held with joy and transparency even though it is sometimes the cause of doubts, fear, attempts, interior wrinkling. Never backing down, we have to keep going with a vital and brave spirit.

Our mind is a very powerful tool and that is why it is important to remain focused and pay attention to how we are using it, because it has a fundamental impact on physical reality.

As quantum physics is extensively demonstrating, our body heat proves the existence of an energy field which each of us is responsible of and that impacts collective consciousness. The importance of this reality cannot be ignored.

Our mind, I’ll say it one more time, does not live inside our brain but in our entire psycho-physical system. Here is an example: when faced with a great joy or when we feel love, we witness a beneficial release of endorphins; on the other hand, when faced with a psycho-physical stress, our body produces cortisol that causes adverse and corrosive effects. Cortisol can in fact damage the amygdala, the center of our memories. The first step to take in this regard is to give ourselves loving acceptance and to start choosing those thoughts – and then, those actions – that make us loving towards ourselves. This is one major step to change not only our life but also our contribution to collective consciousness for the better: making a move from fear to peace.

Making a good morning thought, deeply looking into our eyes in the mirror – which is something that hardly ever happens – is a small ritual, a short detachment from the world in order to be with ourselves and a good way for us to begin the day, just like brushing our teeth everyday. As Louise Hay says, a possible thought could be:

“I love myself and I accept myself exactly as I am”

To be repeated twenty times.
